Job Requirements
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
- Physical ability to push, pull, stretch and use fingers and wrists continuously
- Availability for overnight and early morning shifts
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Basic reading and math skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience or willingness to learn baking and kitchen equipment
- Over 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Follow site and brand specific procedures for consistent customer experiences
- Produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
- Complete daily par sheets accurately
- Ensure quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Maintain health department and company food safety standards
- Adjust to changing par levels and take direction
- Work in multiple positions within the operation as required
