Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts for display
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Interact with customers to provide information and enhance their experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases and shelves
- Assist in inventory management and product rotation
