Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bakery department
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Assist in training new bakery staff as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries about bakery products
