- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- willing to work early morning and weekend shifts
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- prepare cake batters and mixes according to recipes
- operate commercial ovens and baking equipment safely
- decorate cakes ensuring consistency and quality
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed
- assist in training new bakery staff
- provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
