Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- available to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and must meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food preparation is an advantage
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work early morning shifts
- good communication and teamwork skills
- customer service experience is helpful
- basic math skills for measuring and recipe adherence
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain food and beverage quality standards
- ensure a safe and clean store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- follow company policies and procedures
