Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- physical ability to perform baking duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support exceptional guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold store operations and food quality
- uphold company standards for product presentation and customer interaction
- participate in ongoing training and development activities
