Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience a plus but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- customer service experience advantageous
Job Duties
- arrive early and prepare fresh bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case throughout the shift
- provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality standards
- assist with other bakery tasks as needed
