Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries starting as early as 3 AM
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold store operations and customer satisfaction
- handle food preparation tasks while adhering to company quality guidelines
- contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bakery
