Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or bakery experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and baking formulas accurately
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- strong teamwork and communication skills
