Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bakery preparation or food production preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- strong adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- willingness to follow established recipes and operational procedures

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- ensure bakery items meet quality and consistency standards
- follow food safety and hygiene guidelines during all baking and preparation processes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and workspace
- assist with inventory management and restocking of bakery supplies
- collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- adhere to company policies and procedures related to bakery operations
