- previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of bakery products and baking techniques
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- food safety certification preferred
- experience in a high-volume bakery or food service environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- decorate bakery items as required
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- provide excellent customer service to Costco members
- assist in receiving and stocking bakery supplies
