Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work various shifts including weekends
- food safety certification preferred
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- food handling experience preferred
- ability to follow baking formulas accurately
- basic math skills for measurements
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- previous baking experience a plus
Job Duties
- prepare bakery products according to Costco formulas
- bake high volumes of bakery items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area
- monitor baking times and temperatures
- ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
- adhere to food safety regulations
- assist with inventory management and stocking
