Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure quality and consistency of bakery items
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery equipment and work areas
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and stocking bakery ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
