Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Mix ingredients and operate bakery equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery work areas
- Ensure all bakery products meet quality and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs
- Assist with unloading bakery deliveries and stocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
