Job Duties
- Follows recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Attends work punctually and regularly for scheduled shifts
- Adapts to assigned duties which may vary among accounts based on business needs and client requirements
- Reduces food waste through efficient preparation and handling
- Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Provides excellent customer service ensuring satisfaction with baked goods
