Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in baking or food preparation is beneficial but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor inventory and communicate with management about supply needs
- assist in training new bakery staff
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
