Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must pass background check as applicable
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at some locations and must meet driving qualifications
- able to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is an advantage
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- good multitasking skills
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
- familiarity with bakery equipment and processes
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to uphold food quality standards
- handle fast-paced work demands and multitask effectively
- comply with all health and safety regulations
