Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to prepare and cook food according to recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Willingness to complete required safety training
  • Availability for full-time schedule
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Use baking and measuring tools and kitchen appliances safely
  • Follow food safety and hygiene policies
  • Check and report correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas and maintain sanitation
  • Monitor food quality and portions throughout shift
  • Communicate professionally with team members and guests
  • Set up and break down workstations
  • Complete safety training and report unsafe conditions
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
