Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is an advantage
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong commitment to food quality and customer service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good physical stamina to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
- Maintain the quality of food and beverages served
- Keep a safe and clean store environment
- Arrive early to prepare baked goods
- Follow company policies and procedures related to baking and food safety
- Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed
