Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as required by local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at certain locations
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare bagels and bakery items for the day
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability throughout the shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and safety
