Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred for specific locations
- Must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Arrive early to start baking tasks as early as 3 AM
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries following company recipes and quality standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and report needs for replenishment
