Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- pass background check as applicable
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- physically able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery environment
- work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer experience
- follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and safety
- participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
