Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake various food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Reduce food waste by managing ingredient use effectively
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Perform other assigned duties as required based on business needs
