Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where applicable
- Must meet company driving qualifications as required
- Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Work efficiently as part of a team to support daily bakery operations
- Monitor food quality and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Support smooth store operations through early morning shifts
