Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates including weekends and early mornings
- must be able to pass background check where applicable
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license required at some locations
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries early each morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold product standards
- manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
