Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
- Safely and properly use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies, including personal hygiene procedures
- Check and verify correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
- Wash and sanitize kitchen areas
- organize and divide work stations
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the work shift
- Comply with company policies and procedures including safety
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers

- Lift, move, transport, push, pull, and position objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
