Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • Safely and properly use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies, including personal hygiene procedures
  • Check and verify correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen areas
  • organize and divide work stations
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the work shift
  • Comply with company policies and procedures including safety
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
