Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must pass a background check according to local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where required
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to quality food preparation and customer service
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery store
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer experiences
- Monitor quality control for all food and beverage items
- Operate baking equipment following safety guidelines
