Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass a background check as applicable
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred and required at specific locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- adhere to quality standards for all food and beverage items
- collaborate with team members to support smooth bakery operations
