Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking by portioning, chopping and storing them appropriately before use
  • Use tools, equipment and appliances safely and correctly to measure and bake food
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety policies including personal hygiene procedures
  • Check and monitor kitchen and food temperatures and report any issues to management
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas
  • set up and divide workstations
  • adhere to hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the work shift
  • Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
