Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry baking supplies and products

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers effectively
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of display cases and shelves
- Interact positively with customers and associates
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and production planning
