Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license as required by location
- Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout working hours
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Monitor ingredient levels and equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow health and safety regulations during all baking and food handling processes
