Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred at specific locations
- meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and customer service skills
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- bake bagels and pastries daily to ensure freshness and quality
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
- provide excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- manage early morning preparation and opening tasks
