Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to meet quality standards
- Decorate cakes and create visually appealing bakery items
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner
- Ensure all bakery products meet safety and freshness guidelines
- Assist team members and participate in training and development activities
