Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with varying shifts
- Open availability preferred
- Must be able to comply with sanitation and safety guidelines
- Physically capable of standing and performing baking tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc.
- May clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Performs other assigned duties that may vary among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Works as a team player and participates in food waste reduction efforts
- Maintains a healthy and safe working environment
- Provides excellent customer service and supports team goals
