Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of a valid state driver's license if required and meet company driving policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or food service preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3 AM
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Attention to detail in food preparation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer service experience beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Stock product displays including bagel walls and pastry cases
- Assist with customer orders and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper presentation
- Support a positive work environment
