Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • capacity to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to follow health and safety protocols including Covid-19 guidelines
  • ability to perform stooping, kneeling, and crouching as necessary
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • valid food handlers certification

Job Duties

  • Display working knowledge of basic baking and prep preparation and kitchen equipment use
  • follow company recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications and prep lists
  • consistently ensure the prep/baking station remains clean and organized
  • communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork
  • demonstrate an eagerness to refine skills and desire to learn and grow
  • follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • handle varying levels of business volume with composure and a positive attitude
