Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- capacity to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols including Covid-19 guidelines
- ability to perform stooping, kneeling, and crouching as necessary
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- valid food handlers certification

Job Duties
- Display working knowledge of basic baking and prep preparation and kitchen equipment use
- follow company recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications and prep lists
- consistently ensure the prep/baking station remains clean and organized
- communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork
- demonstrate an eagerness to refine skills and desire to learn and grow
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- handle varying levels of business volume with composure and a positive attitude
