Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of six months professional baking experience
- food handler's card or willingness to obtain within two weeks of hire
- ability to follow food safety laws and regulations
- strong communication skills
- basic math proficiency
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- physical ability to meet medium strength demands including standing walking and handling materials
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of six months previous professional baking experience in a full service establishment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- basic math skills
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- proficiency in correct heating cooling reheating and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Mix bake or prepare ingredients to produce baked goods and dessert items
- check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
- organize and rotate stock in pantry
- present new menu ideas and suggestions
- ensure compliance with all company county state and federal food service laws and requirements
- attend all department team meetings workshops and training sessions as delegated by supervisor
- perform other projects and duties as assigned
