Job Requirements

  • Food handlers certification
  • Basic food, kitchen equipment and prepping knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Flexibility to perform opening and closing duties
  • English proficiency preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Display working knowledge of basic baking and prep preparation and kitchen equipment use
  • Follow company recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications and prep lists
  • Consistently ensure the prep/baking station remains clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to refine skills and desire to learn and grow
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle varying levels of business volume with composure and a positive attitude
  • Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
  • Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses
