- Experience with commercial baking equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries meeting quality and safety standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service
- Assist in stocking and replenishing baked goods
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
