Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes to meet customer expectations
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Contribute to a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
