Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours or days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but required only at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries each morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
