Job Duties

  • Follow Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • maintain appealing product showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service using Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
  • work quickly and efficiently to support speed of service targets
  • execute service recovery for customer service concerns or complaints
  • listen carefully to customer concerns and apologize when necessary
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests when needed
  • take regular temperature readings of products and equipment and record in logs
  • clean and maintain production area
  • follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • support clean environment for rush periods through regular cleanup and organization
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents to management
  • avoid operating equipment or working in a manner that endangers others
