Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries ensuring quality and freshness
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily store goals
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support other bakery and customer service tasks as needed
