Job Requirements
- At least one year of professional baking experience
- Passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
- Open availability including mornings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift including frequent bending lifting up to 50 pounds and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
- Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate prior to start date

Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen/bakery staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index ensuring food quality and time standards are always met
- Answer report to and follow instructions and direction from Bakery Operations Manager Baking & Pastry Director Executive Chef or other leadership
- Properly clean and break down station at the end of service ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers leadership and vendors
