Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- Meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior baking or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries following company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient operation
- Monitor product quality and freshness to meet company standards
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
