Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards to ensure best quality product
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • enhances customer service experience through friendly attitude and following S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
  • supports speed of service targets by working quickly to fill orders in restaurant and drive-thru
  • promptly executes service recovery for any customer service concerns or complaints
  • listens carefully to customer service concerns and apologizes when necessary
  • follows all operation standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitors fridge and freezer product inventory and submits order quantities
  • prepares all products as required, minimizing food waste
  • records prepared items and waste on production sheet
  • receives and responds to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assists in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly takes temperatures of products and records information
  • cleans and maintains production area
  • follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards
  • supports a clean environment through regular clean up, organization and stocking
  • follows proper hand washing and sanitation techniques
  • works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
  • knows and follows safe work practices and procedures
  • uses personal protective equipment as required
  • reports injuries, illnesses, accidents and unsafe conditions to management
  • avoids operating equipment or working in unsafe manner
