Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
- prepare fresh bagels and pastries by following recipes and baking instructions
- work as a team to help achieve daily operational goals
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- uphold company food quality standards at all times
