Job Requirements

- ability to operate baking equipment

Job Duties
- prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to meet quality and freshness standards
- decorate cakes according to company guidelines
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- interact with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- monitor product inventory and restock as necessary
- comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
