- Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed baking procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic math and measuring skills
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to specified quality standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes creatively
- Operate and maintain ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Monitor inventory and restock bakery products as needed
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
