Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work varied hours and days including weekends and early mornings as early as 3 am
- able to pass background check according to local, state, and federal laws
- possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license if required by location
- meet company driving qualifications where applicable
- capable of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- ability to work early morning hours including shifts starting as early as 3 am
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Job Duties
- bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist in order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment
- collaborate with team members to uphold quality and service standards
- prepare bakery items early in the morning as required
- manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
